| Since most people are going back to Champaign today (and saving me MANY
MANY travel woes), I felt that I should probably state my slight
preturbation (I think I made that word up) on returning to school.
I feel like I've changed a lot over break; learned to be on my own a
lot, though I think that's probably what caused me to be greatly sad
when no one was around during the day and I couldn't really leave to go
anywhere (no car, things are far away). Now, something I realized I'm
very good at is forgiving but not forgetting what goes on in my
life...I've had people drop me at the first sign of trouble and I hope
that in the future that does not happen (again). I'm looking foward to
seeing the sarahs and heather for I have missed them so...which reminds
me I need to call heather for a ride home...and buy mags a bday present
for the end of this month...I need to get a move on! Whatever no one
reads this thing anyway.
Later days you all and safe trip back.

| Maggie's definately right about this blog nonsense. I could do tons of other things rather than writing nonsensical jibber jabber in this silly thing. Whatever, I'm bored easily.
Songs of the moment:
Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps by Cake Blood by Papa Roach High on You by Foreigner Going Under by Evanesence Song for Ireland by the Coors We Belong Together by Gavin DeGraw Ever the Same by Rob Thomas If You Sleep by Tal Bachman Audrey, Start the Revolution! by Anberlin
I've read 10 books thus far...and (on another note) I've discovered my favorite band, Anberlin, is coming to the Canopy Club on 2/11...I've already recruited S-Andersen and if anyone else wants to come, call me!
I'll be back at school in like 5 days...it's gonna be interesting.
In other news, I think I have a virus because there's a lump underneath my throat...this worries me slightly but I should be okay.
New Hope, PA tomorrow (after my doc appointment)!!

| Happy seriously belated New Year y'all. I figure all of you know whats
been going down with me and in your own lives, so there's no reason for
me to restate why this year was great. I know, you know, let's get on
with it.

Teehee...
Recap of break:
Been to NYC a few times, chillaxed and gone to movies, sat on my butt.
Brokeback Mountain = Hottest Movie Ever. Closed Minds Beware! This
would not be a good movie for you! I've watched an entire season of CSI
and gotten lost in Linden with Laura. I've shopped my ass off...and yet
haven't spent that much money (sales are awesome). I've partied with
3,000 people in the greatest city in the world, drunk champagne with
four hott girls, got hit on by a robot, have put paper bags around my
drinks in public in front of NYPD, been smothered by drunk 18 year old
girls from Seton Hall, put money in a stippers g-string, thrown up in
public (and was given french fries afterwards), ate lots of chinese
food, made pictures with a box of 100 crayons, walked the dog, driven
recklessly, laughed so hard I've cried, had tons of iced tea, had a
cookie party, swapped presents for secret santa and played disney
scenes...and dirty minds. I've hit on men from other countries and been
hit on by 30 year old indian men...and I've been obsessed with the guy
who plays Greg Sanders on CSI...hott.
Just a few pictures I picked off the obsessive CSI web-blogs:
<---This is him
And another:
...just cuz that's something I would do...
...and okay I'm done...
I don't usually obsess but I'm bored and this is what my brain does.
For lack of a real bonefide obsession...or crush (w/e I hate that
phrase-word)...I'll have to resort to smart, dorky characters on crime
dramas. OY VEY!
Hope life is going well for everyone.

| Going to Webster Hall in NYC for New Years. Apparently, Z100 broadcasts
live there, so it'll be awesomely awesome, especially since Lyzzie
pants and Meghana are gonna be with me! I'd say I'd like to be in
Champaign with my dear friends, but I figure I'd rather have fun in the
most amazing city in the world than go to Clybourne's and dance on
sticky floors, no matter how much I love my buddies at school.
Today is Connor's b-day (my brother). He turns 13, which is beyond
scary since most of my friends think that he's still 4 (which is how
they remember him). Now my parents have three teenagers in the
house...this will only last until June when I turn 20 (holy crap that's
scary).
Yesterday I went to the city with Meghana to see Lyz. We walked
around Canal St. and Bway (tried to shop) then went to Queens and
walked around Astoria (very Greek, very awesome). Katie was there too,
which was nice since I hadn't seen her in awhile . We ended up
getting Chinese and running to the movie theater (which was
disgustingly balmy) to see Matchpoint, which I recommend going to see.
Nothing much to report, <3's Kaitlin
